I focus on creating a space where you can be yourself, so the real moments have room to happen. Being an empathetic person has helped me tune into those moments before they even happen.

MEET

As a kid I made art in every medium I could get my hands on, and photography was the one I always came back to. I was gifted my first DSLR in 2009 (I was 15) and that camera became an extension of me. I dreamt of photographing for National Geographic and travelling the world, but ultimately took a different path in the hopes of fitting into something more "traditional." Thus, I ventured off to Washington State University where I earned a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design.

I began my career as an interior designer at a high-end custom residential firm in 2017. Six years there taught me about lighting, composition, color theory, and how to think on my feet when a plan starts to shift. Despite my love and appreciation for design, my heart was pulling me towards work that had a deeper meaning.

In 2023, I launched my photography business and it was the best decision I could have ever made. Capturing the beauty of life whether that's people, animals, landscapes... it all brings me back to my roots and fills me with peace and a strong sense of belonging.

I'm an empath by nature, which means I can usually feel a moment gathering before it arrives, so I'm already in position when it does.

But I'm not only waiting. There's a version of you that exists in the right light, in the right place, standing the right way, and part of my job is to paint a picture with it. A gentle hand movement, a turn toward the window, a frame composed the way I'd have composed a room. Six years of design work left me unable to stop arranging things. The rest of your day I disappear, and you'll forget I'm there entirely. The images I'm proudest of come from both halves.

Wherever you're going, I'll meet you there: a ridgeline, a coastline, a courtyard in the south of France, or a room in your family's house that has mattered to you your whole life. What I care about is that it means something to you. The most beautiful photographs I've made weren't the ones taken in the hardest place to reach. They were the ones where the people in them were exactly where they wanted to be.
